PTI offers sintering on a toll basis of molded MIM components through the use of hydrogen, argon, nitrogen and/or high vacuum capability to temperatures as high as 3,000º F.
PTI can manufacture and sinter parts from a wide variety of metals, metal alloys and composites. In order to achieve the desired dimensions and properties of the final part, PTI's experienced staff tightly controls the time and temperature of the sintering cycle.
To ensure flexibility and high quality parts, PTI offers both high vacuum/controlled atmosphere batch and continuous pusher hydrogen sintering furnaces.
