Ergonomic replacement to standard jib

When low headroom prohibits space, the Positech Articulated Jib Boom could be the ideal solution. Maneuver around obstructions with a radial reach of 10 feet and 360° rotation around the main post. Engineered to fit easily into any facility. The Articulated Jib Boom is a more ergonomic replacement to a standard, stiff arm jib. It mounts on pedestals, overhead spacers, wall or column flanges and portable bases. Extended reaches are available.

· Adjustable friction brakes on all axes allow operator to set arm motion for ease of operation

· Mounting operations are available for Electric and Air Hoists, Pneumatic Balancers and Vertical Lift Cylinders

· All joints are roller bearing mounted to minimize resistance to movement

· Optional electric collector rings available to allow 360° continuous rotation when using an electric hoist

· Precision bearings and thrust washers at joints for smooth motion and long life
