Torque Fuses & New Industrial Flange Units

Eliminate Expensive Repair Costs and System Down Time.....

Power Train Saver's unique design features a system of three shear pins called Torque Fuses(R). Torque FusesĀ® eliminate expensive repair costs and system down time. Our fuses have a simple design allowing you to easily customize your setup with different torque settings.

Power Train Savers have also introduced it's new flange units. These units come with a flange on both ends of the PowerTrainSaver unit so it will bolt right up to the output flange on power units or the input flange on transmissions, gear boxes, pump power ends, etc.

Ways we can save you time and money with our new industrial flange units

PowerTrainSavers is currently marketing and selling these units in the industrial and well service pump markets. Power Train Saver units will protect any drive train system with torque ranges from 2,000 ft/lbs up to 60,000 ft/lbs.

Easy bolt-up installation for industrial, marine, forestry, mining and many other applications.

The Power Train Saver unit will last for the life of your equipment, with the Torque Fuses being the only replacement part needed. The Torque Fuses come in a variety of torque ratings allowing you to customize any set-up.

Customer Testimonials:

Service Rigs In Siberia
"We are using the PowerTrainSaver on both our Kremcos service rigs. They are a very good product. They have saved us twisting off a drive-line or worse a time or two already. Wish I had them years ago on my other rigs, might have saved my butt from crawling around a nasty rig in the middle of the night changing a twisted off drive line. I would recommend them to anyone using service rigs."

-Ken Ott Luk-Oil Siberia, Russia

A Factory Option?
"In 2001, Circle D started moving rigs in Southern Alberta. Soon to follow was driveline trouble. At the time, Stan and Randy Friesen were working with us and talked me into trying a couple of these driveline savers. We started off by putting them into units that were down due to over torque damage. After a few months we noticed a decrease in downtime.

We started to install them in new units while in rig up. It took a while for the drivers and pushes to accept the inconvenience of a truck down for 20 minutes while they changed out the Torque-Fuses. Compare that to putting a truck down for 3 days and $3,000 - $5,000 in repairs. There were no arguments. As soon as Kenworth offers these units as a factory option, all of our oilfield trucks will come with them already installed. -JACAR Hot Oil Service Ltd., Taber, AB
