All standard and custom-made Powertronix Toroidal Transformers are approved for UL, cUL and CE markings, including UL 60601-1! They are also CB tested and certified to IEC 601.1 safety standards.

POWERTRONIX Medical-grade Power Isolation Transformers are recognized by UL 2601 and built to meet the low leakage current requirements in today's medical equipment. Automatic resetable thermal fuses are included, providing protection from overload and short circuit conditions. They are used in medical and dental instruments, EEG monitors, electro- surgical equipment, medical lasers, NMR equipment, scanners, and ultrasonic devices.
