Proceco's heavy-duty turntable power-spray parts washer TYPHOON® HD, is designed to clean and rinse large parts (2000-20,000 lb.) or small parts batches loaded in baskets. Applications include degreasing, surface treatment and phosphating. This cabinet parts washer has features to extend solution life and reduce waste-disposal costs. It uses hot, low-concentration detergent solutions to clean parts.

The initial wash cycle is followed by a hot rinse to remove remaining detergent residue. A large solution tank volume reduces the likelihood of foaming due to reduced agitation by pumping action, and helps to settle contamination. It also reduces the tank cleanout frequency. Available in various sizes and load capacities. This heavy-duty cabinet washer model can also be customized to handle a variety of complex components.
