New Brunswick Scientific line of large-scale fermentors (75 to 3,000L) and bioreactors (75 to 650L) are modular in design, to allow ready customization, quick delivery, and the ability to expand system capabilities at any time, as needs change.

The sterilizable-in-place (SIP) BioFlo Pro Fermentors & Bioreactors utilize robust, industry-standard components for dependable operation, and an Allen Bradley programmable-logic controller (PLC) for easy integration into any production facility.

Smart Design

NBS has been manufacturing large-scale fermentors and bioreactors for over three decades. But, when it came to designing the BioFlo Pro line, we started with a blank slate. What resulted were fully modular systems, capable of incorporating a large number of options. Features include:

• Small footprint, to minimize space requirements
• Open piping frame with plenty of space between valves, for easy access during operation and routine maintenance
• Flush-mounted vessel connections in hard-to-clean locations, to limit contamination risk
• An Allen Bradley Control Logix Process Controller for easy integration into any production facility.
• Easy customization to suit a wide variety of specifications and budgets. (Capable of field upgrades, too!)
• Delivered in about 12 weeks.
