Standard PES Packages...
Pulsafeeder's Standard packages are full featured assemblies that can be ordered as single, duplex lead/standby or duplex independent dosing. Features include full drip rim containment, raised bolt hole pads within the containment area and a 1/2" drain port. A fabricated pump stand is integral to the frame, constructed of ½" UV-stabilized HDPE. The suction piping assembly is 1/2" nominal Schedule 80 PVC and includes a ball isolation valve, clear PVC y-type sediment strainer, and a calibration column with isolation valve; all of which are firmly mounted to the frame. The discharge piping assembly is also 1/2" nominal Schedule 80 PVC and includes a complete set of discrete metering accessories: pulsation dampener, pressure gauge with isolator, back-pressure relief valve and pressure relief valve and discharge isolation ball valve.
Basic PES Packages...
Pulsafeeder's Basic packages are economical assemblies that are available for single or duplex independent dosing requirements and intended for use with pumps ordered with multi-function valves. A fabricated pump stand is integral to the frame, constructed of ½" UV-stabilized HDPE. The suction piping assembly is 1/2" nominal Schedule 80 PVC and includes a ball isolation valve, clear PVC y-type sediment strainer, and a calibration column with isolation valve; all of which are firmly mounted to the frame. The discharge piping assembly is also 1/2" nominal Schedule 80 PVC and includes a discharge isolation ball valve.
