RDI's 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Shenzhen, China includes in-house SMT and through-hole PCB assembly, plastic tooling, injection molding, zinc die casting, machining, molded cable assembly, finished product assembly, packaging and test.

With over 700 employees, advanced manufacturing methodologies, and ISO-9001-2000 quality assurance programs, RDI excels in small, medium and large volume production runs.

RDI facilities are equipped with sophisticated test labs outfitted with X-ray imaging, environmental, and ICT test equipment to detect defects in components, printed circuit boards, component plating, and the overall manufacturing process.

Close attention is paid to the use of high quality, cost effective materials and components. Test fixtures and procedures are created on a product by product basis using ISO and Six Sigma methodology to ensure reliability and program success.
