ABS-M30i is a high strength material well suited for the medical and food packaging industries. Parts manufactured with ABS-M30i material are biocompatible (ISO 10993 certified) and can be gamma or EtO sterilized. When combined with a Stratasys FDM mc™ series system, ABS-M30i gives you biocompatible Real Parts™ with excellent mechanical properties that are well suited for prototyping and direct digital manufacturing.

ABS-M30i is ideal for any of the following applications: Medical and food packaging, form, fit , function, concept modeling, feature detail, snap-fits, vacuum metallization, electroplating, and as a master for RTV molding, vacuum forming and rapid manufacturing of end-use products.

Achievable Accuracy
ABS-M30i: FDM models are produced within an accuracy of +/- .005 inch (+/- .127 mm) up to 5 inches (127 mm). Accuracy on models greater than 5 inches (127 mm) is +/- .0015 inch per inch (+/- .0381 mm per mm). Note: Accuracy is geometry dependent.
