RA series single In-line-pin, resistor networks offer semi-precision performance for commercial applications. Automated production, completive pricing and uniform quality. Wattage 0.125 Watts per element. Derating starts at 70°C Max Working Voltage is 200V Resistance range is 1 Ohm up to 10,000,000 Ohms. Tolerance availability: ±1%(F), ±2%(G), ±5%(J) Temperature range is -55 to +125°C Designs with up to 16 pins are available.
The RA series products are produced by depositing a resistor or placing a SMD resistor on a ceramic substrate. Electrical connections are made by screened on conductors with insulated crossing points. Terminations are made by pin on the lower edge of the substrate for through-the-hole insertion. There are two methods of environmental protection. One is screened on epoxy; the other is a heavy conformal coating. Both are designed to protect the resistive elements from moisture contamination. Custom designs are welcome for volume applications.
