The RN Series Standardized Chemical Pumps are used to move chemically aggressive liquids in the whole area of chemical processing technology, basic chemicals, environmental and surface finish technology as well as many other industrial areas.

The temperature range for The RN Series Pumps is 300°C (570°F) maximum. The performance range is extended by sizes above and below the standard, allowing maximum flow rates of up to 3,500 m³/h (15,400 gpm) to be achieved.

Design Features

• One-piece reinforced bearing housing made of cast iron GG 20
• Reinforced shaft made of steel 1.0503, complying with ISO 5199, with the maximum shaft sag of 0.05 mm at the mechanical seal
• Anti-friction bearings in fixed or loose bearing design, grease or oil lubricated, minimum service life 20,000 h
• Impeller in closed or open design, the open impeller in conjunction with replaceable wear plate
• Thanks to the large range of shaft seals and designs, it is possible to adapt this pump model to very different media and pumping conditions
• By using a double jacket the whole hydraulic pump section can be optimally heated by steam, heat transfer oil or electrical resistance heating
• Back pull-out design
• Easy to service thanks to easily replaceable wear parts
• Available in versions specifically for many processes and media such as e.g. with inducer, centre suspension, double volute, stainless steel bearing housing, or with connections for draining, flushing and quench.

The RN Series Standardized Chemical Pumps are available in the following standard materials: stainless steel 1.4408, cast steel 1.4136S, stainless steel 1.4306S, alloy HA 28.5, alloy R 30 20, Silicon cast iron, Titanium, Nickel, stainless steel 1.4361, alloy 2.4686. Other special materials such as SiSiC and others are also available.
