ROHM's RLD2WMUV2 single mode dual wavelength laser diode features excellent low current characteristics [785nm:18mA (Tc=25ºC); 655nm:20mA (Tc=25ºC)], making it ideal for DVD players.

The RLD2WMUV2 utilizes original monolithic technology in order to deliver low threshold current capability and excellent temperature characteristics. In addition, it can be combined with ROHM's high frequency modulation IC (BU9369FVM) for significantly reduced noise.

All ROHM products are both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
