R.S. Precision is pleased to announce its newest addition: Mitsubishi EA8PV-Advance Ultra-Precision Micro-Hole CNC Sinker EDM Machine. Capable of producing very high quality holes down to .005" diameter with aspect ratios as high as 50:1, and the capability of achieving holes as small as .0005" diameter with lower aspect ratios. It is capable of machining accuracies of +/-.00011", surface finishes as low as 4 micro-inches, and inside corner radii of less than .0003".

This new machine perfectly complements and vastly extends our already extensive Wire, CNC Sinker and Fast Hole EDM capabilities at ISO 9001 registered R.S. Precision Industries.
