Rath Incorporated offers the most complete line of high purity alumina refractories for powder metal sintering in atmospheres such as Vacuum, Hydrogen, Ammonia, Nitrogen and mixtures of these gases. Rath Incorporated alumina materials contain negligible amounts of silica and other materials, such as iron oxide, that will be volatilized under reducing conditions at temperatures > 1100°C.

• > 99.5% alumina purity, low silica and reducible oxide content, maximum use temperature 1850°C

Bubble Alumina Bricks – Porrath 34-15

• > 99.5% alumina purity, low silica and reducible oxide content, maximum use temperature 1800°C

Vacuum Formed Alumina Fiberboards - KVR

• Vacuum formed 98+% alumina, organic free, available as boards, cylinders and CNC machined shapes. Maximum use temperature 1600°C.

Alumina Fiber Blanket and Modules - ALTRA® MAT 97

• Polycrystalline, 97+% alumina fiber. Features very low reducible oxide content and immune to thermal shock. Maximum use temperature 1550°C
