The Redin Model 1200 Horizontal Deburring Machine is a versatile machine for deburring axles, shafts, pinions and gears, as well as other difficult shapes. The machine is equipped with an adjustable tailstock. The machine has an automatic cycle and is fully enclosed. Gear shaft lengths of 24", 36" and 48" can easily be deburred with up to a 12" DIA maximum size. Consult Redin Engineers for larger sizes.

Standard equipment for the Model 1200 Horizontal includes a grinding head, air equipment, electrical equipment (customer voltage choice). Optional equipment that is available for this deburring machine are an automatic tailstock, dust collection or wash cycle, skiving unit and additional grinding and/or brushing head assemblies.
