Product Announcement from Reis Robotics USA, Inc.
Control of the removal robot will be taken over by the control of the spray robot.
The amplifiers of the two additional axes, a second CPU and a second Safety-Controller for the spray robot will be integrated in the control cabinet of the removal robot. Portable teach pendant of the removal robot can be switched over to the spray robot.
Increased productivity due to saving of cycle time. Due to monitored work envelopes both robots can work in the die area of the DCM and thus simultaneously execute removal and spraying. If there is not enough work envelope available, various pre-positions can be approached for saving cycle time, e.g. Pos. 1 over the DCM, pos. 2 over the removal robot in the die, pos. 3 in the middle of the DCM after release of the parts control.
Enormous cost saving due to not required robot control with the related control cabinet peripheral equipment.
