All generator insert modules UGI are compatible with the 84TE RL multi-rack Art. No. 2123 and the 84TE TEX multi-rack Art. No. 7184. For the TEX multi-rack Art. No. 7184 a modification at the Bus-Print will be neccessary to ensure the compatibility.
The UGI insert module is designated for:
- Special machines builder as a rack-module in multi-rack systems with up to 5 insert modules, together with superior PLC control or as a stand-alone generator in a RL housing.
- Hand units (together with a RL housing and later also with a RS housing)
- Continuous applications, applications with a high cadence and applications where the risk of high heat development exist. Mainly the generators which are designated for the 4 PCT converter are used here.
- All applications where a simple on - off of the ultrasonic is required. The UGI does not have an internal timer to control the welding time.
