RiverSide Electronics owns a PCB Router for depaneling complex circuit board assemblies. The Cencorp 1000 SR is a 50,000 RPM, 3-axis, 2-pallet, CNC Depaneling system. This system allows RiverSide to depanel boards with less stress being applied to the board and still achieve finished board dimensions within 0.005" of nominal. The router also aids in depaneling of odd shaped boards without the large amount of waste routing currently required with mouse-bite and V-score panelized boards.
