Rockford Toolcraft specializes in Heavy Gauge Stampings for the Agricultural, Heavy Truck, RV, Automotive, Appliance, Commercial Hardware and Electrical sectors. Large heavy gauge stampings to 3/4" thick is what makes us unique in the stamping industry. Some of our stampings weigh up to 50 lbs (23 kg) each.

Here at Rockford Toolcraft Inc., we specialize in the design & building of heavy gauge stamping dies and running production metal stampings & assemblies. Large, heavy gauge stamped parts run from coil are one of the many factors that set us apart from your average job shop. Our strong tooling/engineering power have created many value added, in-press type operations that reduce labor costs and help our customers stay competitive in today's price driven market.

Since our start in 1976, we have grown from a two man tool & die shop to a two plant, 240 plus employee, modern progressive die and heavy gauge stamping operation. Constant re-investment in technology, equipment, and most important of all, skilled people, have made us a leader in our industry.

We have 40 presses up to 4400 tons and offer transfer and coil capacities up to 1/2" thick x 60" wide. With over a 50 person modern toolroom, 10 die designers, 3D CAD design and cutting edge "AutoForm" forming simulation software, we can assist in your product design, make prototypes, design & build the tooling, and run your most challenging parts.
