Roll-Kraft also provides a full spectrum of services to roll forming and tube & pipe manufacturers. One of the most effective services is the design of tooling using FEA Copra software to identify problem areas before manufacturing even begins. After the tooling or equipment is designed and manufactured, Roll-Kraft can perform pre-shipment tryout to be sure the products meet your requirements prior to leaving the plant. In addition, there are on-site seminars, mill evaluations, mill alignments, engineering visits, and on-site assistance in setup and initial runs of tooling and equipment. Roll-Kraft conducts several regional seminars annually to help train your operators and management in the proper techniques of running a mill and doing preventative maintenance.
