Build-A-Box extrusions can be cut to custom lengths to fit your design needs. With most ingress protection ratings up to IP 65, Build-A-Box extrusions combine form and function to meet rugged housing requirements. Ideal for wireless, hand-held, wall-mount or desktop devices. The Build-A-Box enclosure system can be used for a wide range of applications.

Alubos has the features to do it all… wireless, watertight, hand-held or desktop. Twenty profiles are offered in the Alubos line as closed, split horizontally or open on one side in meter lengths. High mechanical loading capacity of the profile, and excellent shielding properties ensure a high level of protection, even in a standard design.

Custom Build-A-Box®, a series of rugged extrusions that can be cut to your size from stock and assembled with dustight or watertight lids as required. Custom Build-A-Box offers 8 enclosure profile configurations letting you decide on the size of your enclosure based on your application. Custom Build-A-Box® profiles feature integrated guide slots for printed circuit boards.

Multitronic Build-A-Box® consists of a series of aluminum extrusions that are slotted internally for PCB or chassis mounting. Three of the Multitronic profiles incorporate an exterior heat sink design. Seven profile sets have external "T" slots for wall mounting using a bracket.

Multitronic TS Build-A-Box® profiles are split extrusions and most feature exterior slots designed to accept optional 35 mm DIN Rail mounting brackets. All profiles are slotted internally for PCB or chassis mounting. These profiles can be cut to any length required and capped with aluminum plate lids to create electronic enclosures. Eight different profile designs are available.

BOS Ecoline systems can be used for a wide range of electronic applications where custom sizing is necessary. Available in three different versions, closed, open on one side or split profiles in four sizes, Ecoline extrusions are equipped with integral guide grooves for PC Boards and feature recessed areas for front membranes or membrane keypads.

NoVoTronic, the new Rose+Bopla enclosure system offers 5 aluminum profile sizes for data acquisition, and measurement and control technology. Ranging in sizes each profile has inside integrated guide grooves for PC boards. The NoVoTronic features 2 multi-function side profiles that can be used for attaching wall-mount brackets, straps or other mechanical devices without machining the enclosure itself. Die cast aluminum lids with gaskets complete the enclosure.

Alu-Topline, a stylish new sloped desktop enclosure with lots of innovative features and clean ergonomic lines can also be wall-mounted creating even more opportunities for use in data recording and processing applications. This extrusion based enclosure is available in two heights and 5 standard lengths. The split profile design ensures fast and easy assembly of electronics or other components utilizing integrated slots that accept PC boards or mounting plates. As with the Ecoline, Alu-Topline has a recessed area on the top side, ideal for mounting membrane keypads.

ANG Panel Meter Housing offers NEMA 4X protection. This ¼ DIN housing body is constructed from hollow extrusion of heavy duty aluminum for maximum integrity, with internal slotting to accommodate PC boards or chassis. Gasketed, cast aluminum front and rear lids provide maximum protection. External mounting bars provide secure panel mounting in 2 or 4 positions.
