Rose+Bopla's diecast aluminum enclosures have clean lines and smooth round corners for a high-tech modern look. Die-casting ensures the maintenance of close tolerances on all aluminum enclosures, and the Rose+Bopla tongue and groove gasket design has become the industry standard for aluminum enclosures.

Each aluminum enclosure consists of a powdercoated die-cast base and lid, captive stainless steel lid screws, copper ground screws and a non-removable polyurethane gasket. These aluminum enclosures are painted a standard silver gray, but are also offered in an unpainted version that can be modified to meet your specific application needs. Rose+Bopla offers a number of secondary services like painting, powdercoating, machining, silk-screening and assembly, all in-house.

TECHNICAL DATA for Aluminum Enclosures:

• Color: Powder-coated Version-Silver Gray similar to RAL 7001.

• Material: Aluminum, ALSi 12, DIN 1725

• Gasket Temperature Range: Polyurethane Foam Gasket -40ºF to +194ºF.

• Impact Resistance: >7Nm, EN50014.

• Captive Stainless Steel Lid Screws.

• Protection Classifications: up to IP 66, EN 60529 (Nema 4X)
