New Series W66 ISO Size 00 and 0 Valves with Serial Bus Communication
Compact, Versatile, Easy-to-Use
ROSS CONTROLS® introduces their new small sized ISO valves with Serial Bus communication for dense applications where size is crucial. The W66 valves are versatile enough to allow manifold mounting with other sized ISO valves. They complete ROSS' spectrum of ISO valve offerings from size 00 to 3 (00, 0, 1, 2, and 3). Whether you need pneumatic valves with Serial Bus communication or just a valve and manifold assembly with an efficient wiring system that can connect to a variety of cable types, ROSS' Series W66 and W65 valves are ready to go to work for you.
- Fully capable of integration with DeviceNetTM, ControlNetTM, Ethernet I/PTM and Profibus-DP® systems.
- Solid-state electronic modules powered by Rockwell/Allen Bradley technology and are IP67 rated.
- Auto Device Replacement allows OEMs to add I/O modules without making changes to the control software.
- Choice of digital, analog and high-watt I/O modules that include built-in short circuit and open circuit detection wiring with electronic feedback.
- One ROSS Serial Bus communication module supports up to 63 I/O modules and up to 264 inputs and 264 outputs.
- Available in size 00 (18 mm) with 1/8 ports and Cv of 0.55 and size 0 (26 mm) with ¼ ports and Cv of 1.1.
- Standard configurations- 2-position, single solenoid or double solenoid, 3-position open center, closed center or power center functions.
- With integrated mating connectors that allow manifold stations to plug together electrically, ROSS has eliminated the need to pull wires through the manifold assembly.
- Works well in applications requiring varying sized valves to be mounted together.
- End stations have many termination options such as 25 pin D-Sub and 19 pin Brad Harrison connectors.
- Serial Bus Communication offering is a completely integrated solution with a fast I/O backplane using change-of-state (COS) connections to maximize performance.
