Rotary Systems' custom twelve passage rotary union is manufactured from carbon steel and can be plated with the appropriate plating for different medias. This union utilizes a hardened and precision ground shaft, Teflon seals and radial ball bearings. The connections are .250" NPT threads.

This twelve passage union is capable of handling air, water, vacuum and high pressure hydraulics. We have designed and manufactured rotary unions with up to 20 passages.
