The union pictured is a large 4 passage rotary union that we designed and manufactured and is utilized on several large plastic injection molding machines. The smaller passages are used for air and the larger ones are used for water. The union is designed to ensure there is no cross-leakage between the passages. There is a bore through the shaft to pass electrical wires. We can custom design and manufacture a large union for your specific application. Rotary Systems has custom built over 700 unique rotating unions to date.
