Spindle upgrades make your machine more productive

An upgrade may be as simple as adding an air purge to keep the bearing and the inside of the spindle free of contamination.

Another simple upgrade is to replace standard steel bearings with hybrid ceramic bearings to improve life or increase speed.

Protecting spindles in very high contamination areas may require a more complex "Sealing Solution" that might include an air seal, improved seals and redesign of the labyrinths.

Upgrades to bearings that will carry heavier loads may require the redesign of the shaft and housing modifications as well as going to a better class of bearing.

A major upgrade may require many of the changes listed here and more depending upon the application the spindle's application.
