Miniature ball transfers enable easy positioning

Miniature ball transfer units available from SKF® provide solutions to transfer and position small parts easily and smoothly in material-handling settings where maneuvering room may be restrictive. They offer practical alternatives to cumbersome carts, casters, and related bulky equipment and install quickly and securely using studs to create "rolling surfaces" on which small parts can travel.

These lightweight, compact, and ready-to-install miniature ball transfer units enable reliable movement of equipment or devices for a wide range of industries, including microelectronics, medical/biotech, semiconductor, and food processing industries, among others. Upon installation, they allow for 360º movement and associated versatility.

Depending on type, "miniature" ball transfer units are designed with ball sizes ranging from 4.8mm to 9.6mm. They feature flat top steel housings with either steel or stainless steel load balls or angled top aluminum housings with stainless steel load balls. Units offer high load ratings from 10kg to 70kg (up to 154 lbs.).
