Reduced Power & High Temperature Level Sensors

SST has expanded their reliable and robust Optomax LLC Digital range of Liquid Level Sensors by launching a new extended temperature version, able to operate from -40 to +257F.

In addition, SST has improved their Optomax LLC Digital and LLC Industrial range of liquid level sensors by introducing new features such as reduced power consumption which reduces supply current from 15mA to 2.5 mA, and increased output power.

Below are short specifications which illustrate the changes in both product ranges.

Short Specifications - Optomax LLC Digital Range

• Supply Voltage: +4.5 Vdc to +15.4Vdc
• Supply Current: Max 2.5 mA (Vs = 15.4Vdc)
• Output Sink and Source Current (lout): 100mA
• Operating Temperatures: -25 to +80degC and now available in extended range -40 to +125degC

Short Specifications - LLC Industrial Range

• Supply Voltage (Vs): +4.5Vdc to +15.4Vdc or +8Vdc to +30Vdc
• Supply Current (ls): Max 2.5mA (Vs=15.4Vdc) or Max 7.5mA (Vs=30Vdc)
• Output Sink and Source Current (lout): 1A
• Operating Temperatures: -25 to +80degC or -40 to +125degC
