As systems become increasingly powerful and packaging becomes smaller, the need to dissipate heat becomes more important to the reliability and functionality of electronic systems. Our thermal management products serve the power supply, microprocessor, computer, automotive, communication, industrial controls, consumer electronics, aerospace and defense industries.

Our ISO-certified manufacturing affiliates are involved in designing and manufacturing of thermal management products, principally heat sinks which act to remove excess heat generated by electronic components, thereby increasing their life and reliability. We work closely with customers to provide the engineering support and logistical services necessary to develop the cost effective thermal management solutions required for today's electronic products.

We have developed a full range of products designed to provide a total thermal solution for any application. These products are designed to facilitate ease of assembly and to optimize thermal performance.

Our in-house capability includes : tooling, fabricating (machining), finishing (anodizing, chromating, etc) and assembly.In the event that a standard product is not appropriate for your cooling application, our in-house engineering and tooling team will design and fabricate a heat sink to your exact requirements.
