Excellent General Purpose Machine Shop Wheels
Choose Carborundum bonded abrasive cylindrical wheels for grinding cylindrical components between centers. Available in GA aluminum oxide and GRA blended aluminum oxide formulations.
Centerless grinding wheels and rubber bond regulating feed wheels are used in thru-feed or plunge grinding applications. Use the DAC aluminum oxide and silicon carbide blend in a resinoid bond system for stock removal, long irregular parts and faster throughfeed grinding. Choose GRA aluminum oxide in a vitrified bond system for form holding and plunge grinding.

Centerless and Feed Wheels
DAC Aluminum Oxide/Silicon Carbide Abrasive Blend
- Blended aluminum oxide/silicon carbide abrasives for versatility – gray
- Resinoid bond system
- Ideal when one wheel is used to grind several different materials from high to low tensile strength
- Centerless grinding of cylindrical components in a thru-feed or plunge mode.
GRA Aluminum Oxide Abrasive
- Blended aluminum oxide GRA abrasive - gray
- Cool cutting action
- Fast stock removal
- Premium performance vitrified bond
- Long wheel life and excellent form holding
- Ideal choice for general machine shop grinding of various steels and steel alloys.
- Centerless Grinding cylindrical components in a thru-feed or plunge mode.
Rubber Bond Feed Wheels
- The basic components of centerless grinding are grinding wheels, the rubber feed (regulating) wheels, and the work rest blade
- The workpiece lies between the two wheels and is supported by the rest blade
- These regulating/feed wheels are the drive mechanism for the workpiece.
