Poly bd® and Krasol® resins are liquid, hydroxyl-terminated homopolymers of butadienes. Performance characteristics provided by the Poly bd resins include: hydrolytic stability, low moisture permeability, low temperature flexibility, and resistance to aqueous acid and bases.

Application examples include:

  • Coatings, adhesives, and sealants
  • Castable elastomers
  • Membranes
  • Foams
  • Binders (energetics, rubber)
  • Electrical potting and encapsulating compounds
