PLUSCON has expanded their range of sensor actuator cables, connectors and boxes. From M5 to M58, the connectors can meet harsh environmental requirements ranging protection to meet IP65 to IP69K. Termination types available are screw, crimp, solder, QUICKON and spring cage. Cables are available in numerous types. Phoenix Contact also offers a stainless steel connector for the food industry. SPEEDCON quick locking system is a plug and turn connection that reduces connection time by 90%. There are cables, connectors and boxes with the SPEEDCON quick locking system.

With Phoenix Contact's Configurable Material (CMAT) service, you'll get fast turn-around for made-to-order sensor/actuator cabling. With CMAT, you can select the exact cable type you need for your job exactly when you need it.
Cable options consist of commonly used plugs and sockets in multiple pole arrangements for connector types M12, M8, and ½-inch Micro. Cable materials are available in PUR, halogen-free, PVC, irradiated, high-temperature, numerous wire sizes and colors.
Using overmolded cables instead of hard wiring each device creates a fast and reliable field connection for sensors and other devices.
