CPI's limit switches were originally designed in the 1960's for military vehicle applications. Today, economical configurations have expanded from standard commercial mechanisms to meet the most demanding applications on a wide variety of programs. Switch types include:
- > plunger
- > roller lever
- > simulated roller
- > pushbutton
- > ball actuator
Within each type there are countless standard actuator/mounting configurations available. Switches meet IP68, and are capable of meeting extreme environmental conditions, including
- * extreme heat/cold
- * high shock/vibration (snap-action contact mechanisms available)
- * salt, sand, fog
