The seepex MDP is a unique metering pump with an attractive price/performance ratio. It is the first standardized seepex progressive cavity pump. Nevertheless it is supplied with the usual, and expected, high seepex quality. The special characteristic of the MDP is the patented, jointless, one-piece rotating unit made of plastic (PVDF).

pumps of range MDP are used for pulse-free metering of a wide range of low- to high viscous, shear sensitive and chemically aggressive liquids. Repeatable metering accuracy of 1% is possible. The pumps are available in 4 sizes with capacities from 0,1 l/h up to 500 l/h, pressures to 12 bar and can be equipped with electric motors that have integrated frequency inverters or mechanical variable speed drives.

An attractive price, service friendliness and its specific pumping characteristics make this pump an economic and technically effective metering pump.

Fields of application

Progressive cavity pumps have low pulsation and low shear rates. When used with stators manufactured from CSM and FPM these characteristics make the seepex MDP an excellent metering pump for many low- to high viscous, shear sensitive and corrosive liquids.
