Progressive Cavity Metering Pumps
seepex, Inc. metering pumps are effective from 1 cc/min to 14 gpm at pressures to 360 psi.
They have no valves, do not pulsate and will not gas lock. They pump viscosities from <1 to 100,000 cPs at temperatures to 350°F. Most of the 11 models including titanium are available from stock. A sanitary design is also available.
The pumps are standard with both 316 stainless steel or HDPE bodies and stainless steel internals. Other materials include titanium, Hastelloy®, duplex stainless steels and a variety of coatings, including Halar®.
The pumps have a variety of manual or electronic drives that, depending on feedback systems, can have < 0.1% of fluctuation.
