Teledyne Relays has introduced the Series RF311 family of ultraminiature, high-repeatability broadband TO-5 relays. The RF311 and the sensitive RF331 are single-pole, dual-throw (SPDT) relays that deliver improved repeatability and performance over a broader bandwidth, DC to 8 GHz. They are available in coil voltages of 5, 12 and 26.5 Vdc.

The RF311 is designed for use in attenuator and other RF circuits. Features include high resistance to electrostatic discharge (ESD), a metal enclosure for EMI shielding, ground pin option to improve case grounding and high isolation between control and signal paths. The relay is RoHS compliant.

The RF311 measures .370 inches (9.4 mm) in diameter and .275 inches (6.99) in height (excluding leads). It weighs 0.089 oz. (2.52g). The RF331 measures .385 (9.78mm) in height and weighs 0.109 oz. (3.09g).

The RF311 is priced at $32.22 each in quantities of 500 units. Lead time for delivery is 14 weeks.
