Halogen NIR lamps are Economical and Powerful

Shortwave single tube NIR infrared halogen lamps from Heraeus are suited for situations requiring high temperatures in the shortest possible time. And because these Heraeus NIR infrared lamps are manufactured in standard configuration designs, matching the right IR heater to your application is a snap.

Heraeus NIR Infrared Halogen lamps produce heat in the same way that a light bulb produces light. Featuring standard IR heater configuration designs, they can be easily interchanged. Equipped with the original Heraeus gold reflector, the Infrared heaters operate at a significantly higher efficiency than conventional lamps.

Heraeus NIR infrared Halogen lamps come standard with Gold Reflector. Without reflector, IR heaters radiate 50% of the infrared radiation to the rear and 50% forward. Consequently, only 50% of the potential radiation is available to heat a surface. With white reflectors about 72% is available. With the Heraeus Gold reflector 95% of the available radiation is directed at the workpiece surface.
