Shupper-Brickle's Operator Training reviews the fundamentals, like crane terminology and hand signals. We provide the guidelines for daily inspections and teach proper operation techniques. We also examine OSHA and ANSI regulations.

Shupper-Brickle provides full course literature to each participant, including a course outline, a copy of OSHA & ANSI regulations, and a "How to" booklet. To ensure results, Shupper-Brickle tests each student with a written exam and requires a demonstration of their ability to operate a crane, plus attach and move a load properly. A certificate of completion is provided to each student who completes these tests successfully and all test results are provided to the employer.
