The ActiveSilencer™ Fan Tray (ASFT) represents a breakthrough in noise reduction for rackmount cabinets and enclosures. The ASFT is a fan drawer, designed for assisting ventilation by forcing air into and out of an enclosure, while preventing noise from escaping. The unit is lined with acoustic material and equipped with Silentium's Active Noise technology.

The ASFT is an ideal add-on product for acoustically insulated 19" rack cabinets, populated with electronic equipment such as servers, storage, and network and communication units etc - all of which are noisy and generate heat.

This product is the most advanced solution for the growing IT noise problems faced by today's workforce. The ASFT reduces noise emitted by installed equipment up to 20dB(A).
