Track designs for SPANCO Fall Protection Systems include either plain or trussed track and with single or dual track (two track/two man) design, or with lightweight ALU-TRACK. Our fall arrest track produces a low co-efficient of friction that allows easy movement of trolleys and cranes, which reduces stress and fatigue on operators.

SPANCO Rigid Track Fall Protection Systems are available with four track designs:

Plain Track

• Available in three standard sizes with steel or aluminum construction
• Plain steel track is supported every 24", 40", or 60" depending on the track size
• Provides an affordable, low profile design where overhead clearance is reduced and circles or curves are needed

Truss Track

• Enables greater distance between support points with minimum loss off headroom
• Available in two standard sizes
• Combination of high strength to low weight ratio helps to reduce stress on structures

Dual Truss Track

• Designed with two individual, enclosed tracks that allow two workers to hook into the system and pass each other – at the same time and in the same work area – increasing productivity

ALU-TRACK

• Only fall protection track that can be used in the food processing industry (other than stainless steel track).
• Made of aluminum, will not corrode or rust
• No painted surfaces that could chip, flake and fall into the food process
