Self-Clinching Nuts

Product Announcement from Stanley Engineered Fastening - Spiralock

Self-Clinching Nuts

Made to order in steel and stainless steel, self-clinching nuts from Spiralock are available for a wide variety of applications. Whether you're working with thin metal sheets or need high-strength PC component-to-board, board-to-board, or board-to-chassis fastening strength, self-clinching nuts can be specified in the style that best meets your needs.

Self-Clinching Floating Fasteners

Self-clinching floating fasteners provide load-bearing threads in thin sheets and permit up to 0.030in (0.8mm) adjustment for mating hole misalignment.

Self-Clinching Nuts-Fractional Sizes

These load-bearing threaded fasteners for thin sheets (aluminum, steel, and other ductile materials) have a clinching ring that locks the displaced metal behind the tapered shank ensuring high pushout resistance. High torque-out resistance is ensured when the knurled platform is embedded in the sheet metal.

Self-Clinching Blind Fasteners

Self-clinching blind fasteners provide a barrier in order to protect threads against foreign matter and circuits from intrusion of extra-long screws.

Self-Clinching Concealed-Head Standoffs

These stainless steel standoffs assure permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as 0.062 in. (1.6mm). The fastener head is locked securely in a blind milled hole and is able to handle substantial loads. The concealed head feature allows the side opposite installation to remain smooth and unmarred.
