This compact and ergonomic system, dubbed the SI, is ideal for precision machine-parts cleaning. The SI conveniently installs into a manufacturing cell and handles a wide variety of complex small or medium parts inside standard baskets, or loaded via a custom-engineered Proceco fixture.
The SI comes complete with fully recirculated immersion wash and rinse. At the beginning of every wet-process stage, the rotating basket fixture is power-sprayed by V-jet spray nozzles filling the tank. Rotation and spraying provide cleaning in immersion and complete removal of contamination when the basket is rotated out of the solution.
Spraying the parts without immersion, thus ensuring that they will not be recontaminated, finishes all wet-process stages. A high-pressure regenerative blower is also supplied to remove most of the water from the parts (optional heater available).
This modular cleaning system is available in various sizes/configurations and can be customized to suit your process and cleanliness requirements.
