Spraying Systems Co., the world leader in spray technology, has added fixed spray balls to their line of tank washing nozzles. These spray balls are ideal for rinsing and low-pressure washing applications. Constructed of 316L stainless steel, the fixed spray balls are suitable for use with a wide array of CIP chemicals. They feature a simple design with no moving parts and a self-cleaning retaining pin inlet connection.

Typical Applications include: Food Processing Tanks, Pharmaceutical Tanks and Chemical Tanks.

The fixed spray balls are available with three inlet connection sizes – ¾", 1" and 2". Flow rate ranges from 22 to 141 gpm with pressure ranges from 15 to 30 psi. Internal spray coverage patterns of 180 degree up, 180 degree down, and full 360 degree coverage are available, and offer a maximum operating temperature of 400F (204C).
