The Spyraflo Ready Mount™ Needle Roller Bearing offers major cost savings and enhance performance. The self-contained assemblies incorporate INA Needle Roller Bearings. The assembly criteria ensure that the Needle Bearing is sized, circular and stable. The self-clinching capability gives the designer the ability to securely mount the bearings in materials as thin as 0.04" (1MM) without the traditional need for mounting-blocks. The additional ±5° self-align feature gives significant flexibility and increased tolerance to misaligned holes. The Ready Mount™ assembly retains all the normal INA Needle Roller Bearing benefits in this breakthrough design. Compact, high-load, high-speed applications in light-side frame and chassis assemblies now become a reality.
