The MPS 360 and the MPS 630 series automated toolchanger, are built in a compact modular system that promotes productivity with reliable performance and maximum tool-handling flexibilty in automotive and other applications.

The MPS 360 offers up to 790 lbs the MPS 630 up to 1300 lbs of payload in a lightweight and compact design. One robot can accommodate multiple tool types automatically and untended. The MPS sysytem is ideal for changing out malfunctioning tools with virtual no downtime. With connections for air, water, power and data, plus the exclusive capability for high pressure hydraulic circuits , it is ready for leading edge technologies such as riveting or clinching.

Clean, low impact coupling and uncoupling of all curcuits with 100% repeatable alignment during changeout and tool parking means minimal set-up time and optimal adjustment to the specific application. The modular system design allows up to five modules for fluid couplings and electrical connectors, providing a custom setup for particular applications. The parking system makes tool handling efficient and simple, independent of tool design and geometry.

Additional features of this reliable toolchanger include a balanced pull in device with a play free locking unit in case of power loss.
