The Storage Battery System Inc. STT flooded series is unique in almost every consideration. Tubular lead-selenium alloy plates limit oxidation, allow higher temperature tolerance & increases life expectancy. SAN cases with ABS covers are flame retardant per UL94. The standard S.G. is 1.240 although 1.215 & 1.250 are available. When a complete string is purchased, completely insulated copper cable intercells with stainless steel fastners are provided presenting a zero exposed voltage hazard. A international color coded post & robust post seal design virtually eliminates post seal leakage. Additionally, the patented SBS modular rack systems alows for higher density consuming a smaller footprint per amp-hour. Our unique rubberized racking systems save space & are available in all Seismic Zone ratings. We offer traditional berm/liner spill containment systems as well as our Econopan® Series that offers extremely reduced costs in a modular topology. Both styles come with SBS flame-retardant, neutralizing & absorbant pillows. And finaly, long interval watering of 1-3 years is further facilitated with easy access flip-top vent caps. The STT is available in a range of 17 models from 110 Amp-hr to 4000 Amp-hr capacities @ 15 minute rates. Completely insulated copper intercell connectors are avialble to virtually eliminate terminal corrosion & present a zero hazardous voltage to personnel.
