Storage Battery Systems Inc. has designed a unique, fully insulated, acid resistant intercell connector that eliminates hazardous voltage from possibly contacting operator, maintenance or facility personnel. The intercell is 100% tinned copper & rated for 100% voltage thru-put (zero voltage drop). Positive & negative terminals are internationally color coded to reduce human error & are equipped with captive flip-open covers to facilitate maintenance during installation, change-out, testing or re-torquing. Naturally, stainless steel fastners are included when supplied with a complete battery string. The Safe Intercell also dramatically reduces corosion from atmospheric conditions or sprayed/spilled electrolyte.
