Our 900-ton press is the heart of our operation, allowing us to maintain continuous pressure during turn insulation curing and produce insulated edgewound coils of unmatched uniformity. Swiger Coil Systems is the premier facility in North America for the remanufacturing, repairing and reinsulating of Edgewound Coils. Our ISO 9001:2000 process insures consistent quality throughout the process.

· Quickly and economically transform damaged Edgewound coils into reliable coils

· Reinsulate and repair existing edgewound coils

· Reinsulated edgewound coil and pole assemblies shipped ready-to-install

· Asbestos removal and abatement is available with full regulatory compliance for all remanufactured edgewound coils. Cradle-to-grave documentation is available

· Coil and pole assembly can be reinsulated as a unit . Following disassembly, cleaning of the pole assembly, reinsulate the coil and return the unit to you ready to install.

· Rapid turn-around/rush service available on repair and reinsulation in days not weeks
