Edgewound Coil Repair / Reinsulation Capabilities

Swiger Coil Systems is the premier facility in North America for the remanufacturing, repairing and reinsulating of Edgewound Coils. Our ISO 9001:2008 process insures consistent quality throughout the process.

· Quickly and economically transform damaged Edgewound coils into reliable coils.

· Reinsulate and repair existing edgewound coils.

· Reinsulated edgewound coil and pole assemblies shipped ready-to-install.

· Asbestos removal and abatement is available with full regulatory compliance for all remanufactured edgewound coils. Cradle-to-grave documentation is available.

· Coil and pole assembly can be reinsulated as a unit . Following disassembly, cleaning of the pole assembly, reinsulate the coil and return the unit to you ready to install.

· Rapid turn-around/rush service available on repair and reinsulation in days not weeks.

· Repair damaged turns (copper inventory on-hand).

· Splice in new turns if needed.

· Lead replacements.

· New top and bottom collars / washers standard on all jobs.
