Cartridge

TAH has two cartridge systems for small, two-component adhesive and sealant applications: 1.75mL to 3mL and 9mL Micro Dispenser Syringe Systems. Use TAH's MiniMix^TM for all low-volume, single-use applications. Use 9mL Micro Dispenser Cartridge System for those special jobs requiring a tiny amount of material, precise material placement and possible re-use. Features include:

• Small enough to fit in a pocket or emergency repair kit
• Single-use, break-off plastic tab securely contains cartridge contents until use
• 1:1 ratio for compatibility with most two-component reactive chemistries
• Cartridge sizes: 1.75, 2.5, 3.0, and 9mL

The open 9mL cartridge is available with two retaining cap options: plug and gasket. The retainer with plug reduces cross contamination during filling and storage and features a molded polyethylene (PE) plug with two ears. Each ear extends down into the cartridge creating a seal. This durable plug is inert to most adhesives such as acrylics, silicones, epoxies, and urethanes. Potential applications include:

Mixers

TAH molds some of the smallest mixers in the world. The MiniMix^TM uses our ultra-secure, single-use Series 193 static mixers and our 9mL uses TAH's Series 190 bayonet mixers.
