TAH has two options for 50mL two-component cartridge systems: Bayonet and Twist LokTM that contain your choice of cartridge, mixer and dispenser. The 50mL Bayonet cartridge is available open-ended with a plug closure or with a hermetically-sealed closed end (1:1 ratio and 2:1 ratios only). Features include:
- 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 ratios
- Specifications: Polypropylene and nylon
- Superior plug closure for open end cartridges are pre-assembled for efficiency and inert to most adhesives such as epoxies, urethanes, acrylics, or silicones
- Closed end redues costs and ensures a longer shelf life for your adhesives
TAH's Twist LokTM Cartridge System fits in both manual and pneumatic dispensers. Currently, the Twist Lok is only available in 1:1 ratio, but future expansion is open to 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 ratios. Features include:
- Stronger Mixer Connection: Rugged 4-pin Twist Lok design is less prone to leaking
- Reduces Cross Contamination: Divider molded between the A and B outlet ports fits securely into a non-rotating cap which substantially reduces the chance of cross contamination
Mixers
The 50mL Bayonet is paired with TAH's Series 190 Spiral and 295 Turbo Bayonet Mixers. The Series 190 has five (5) diameters available with four (4) outlet styles: Slip Luer, Full Bore, H-Tapered, and Stepped. The patented Series 295 Turbo Mixer can be about 2/3rds the length of comparative spiral mixers allowing the operator to be closer to the work piece.
TAH's Twist Lok Cartridge is paired with the Series CM mixer -- available in two (2) different lengths and three (3) different outlet styles.
Dispensers
Both the 50mL Bayonet and Twist LokTM cartridges can be paired with TAH's Manual Dispener or Caulking Gun Conversion Kit. TAH's 50mL Manual Dispenser is compact, durable and well-balanced providing trouble-free point-of-use dispensing and is made to fit TAH and competitive cartridge systems. Custom colors and distinctive labeling are available upon request.
TAH's Caulking Gun Conversion Kit accepts most multi-ratio 50mL cartridge systems (1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1) as well as competitive 50mL bayonet cartridges and includes these features:
- Versatile - Can be used with 1/10 gallon and 310mL caulking guns
- Practical - Great for DIY/home repair, field installations, occasional industrial uses, and sampling your adhesive products
